POLICIES
Dynamic Trees holds strict policies in order to ensure the safety of the employees and customers. Please read the list below of our policies
Section 1. Employee policies
1(1) All employees are required to adhere to the uniform code of Dynamic Trees. The uniform code is as follows; proper uniform; work pants; steel-toed boots; company provided gloves; safety eye protection; safety head gear. Employees missing parts of their uniform may not be eligible to continue work for the day
1(2) Employees may not be paid for breaks, early clock-in, and late clock-out. Employees must properly clock-in ONLY 5 minutes before their shift and clock-out 5 ONLY 5 minutes after their shift
1(3) Employees that have not received proper training may not perform various duties outside of their range of knowledge
1(4) Employees who are injured on the job must immediately report their injury to management
1(5) Employees may provide rough estimates to customers but ARE NOT allowed to provide official quotes unless they are part of the estimates team OR have confirmed a price with a member from the estimates team
1(6) Employees may not partake in consuming alcoholic beverages or illicit substances while on duty
1(7) Employees that cause property damage must immediately report to management
1(8) Employees who try to steal or “pirate” customers of Dynamic Trees may be punished for their actions. This includes suspension or termination from their position
Section 2 | General business policies
2(1) Dynamic Trees is a limited-liability corporation holding proper business insurance
2(2) Customers may not hand funds over to any employees
Section 3 | Privacy Policies
3(1) Dynamic Trees holds the rights to all official Dynamic Trees logos, pictures, and videos. Copying any of this work may go against the privacy act of the United States, and will be found guilty in court
